These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and golo789 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the golo789 online betting and casino platform, accessible at golo789.bet (the "Platform").

To place bets or play casino games on golo789, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one active account on golo789. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally to exploit bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, or for any other reason, will be permanently closed. Any winnings accrued in duplicate accounts are void and will be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time PIN with any other person. golo789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings.
In compliance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, golo789 may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence of your identity, address, and payment methods. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued national ID card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension.
golo789 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your account within approximately 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. golo789 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied. golo789 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
golo789 monitors all financial transactions for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse. Any transaction identified as suspicious may be frozen pending investigation. We are obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Accounts involved in confirmed fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and relevant law enforcement agencies will be notified.
A bet is not accepted until you have received an on-screen confirmation from golo789 specifying the bet reference number, selection, odds, and stake. It is your responsibility to verify that all details of a confirmed bet are correct. golo789 will not be liable for bets placed in error where confirmation has been issued.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and account status. golo789 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
golo789 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where the bet was placed on incorrect or corrupted odds resulting from a technical error; where the outcome of an event has been manipulated or is subject to a formal investigation by a sports governing body; where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient amount of play for results to stand under the applicable sport-specific rules.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds during live betting fluctuate rapidly in response to match events. golo789 does not guarantee the availability of live betting on any specific event and reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Network latency may cause a delay between live match events and the availability of odds on the Platform; golo789 will not be liable for any disadvantage arising from such latency.
Cricket betting, including PSL (Pakistan Super League) markets, is subject to the ICC and PCB official match rules as applicable. In the event of a match being reduced to a fewer number of overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will be based on the revised match result as determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or the result as declared by the relevant governing body.
From time to time, golo789 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked on qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on excluded games or events do not count towards wagering requirements.
golo789 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms with minimal risk; collusion with other players; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
Bonus funds and free bets expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, golo789 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by golo789 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
In summary, we collect and process personal data to facilitate account management, process transactions, comply with our legal and licensing obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and (where you have opted in) to send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
golo789 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any account where: there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; the member has breached any provision of these Terms; the member has provided false or misleading information; or the account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or legal process requiring us to restrict access.
Where an account is closed by golo789 for cause (i.e. breach of these Terms), any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Where the Company determines that real-money deposits remain uncontaminated by fraudulent activity, those net deposits will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. We will process your request within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which golo789 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure by contacting our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
golo789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered members via email or an on-site notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, unless changes are required immediately by law, regulation, or our licensing authority, in which case they will take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3 above.
